• I would like to register for staffing facility provided by Software Media. Hereby I accept following terms and conditions set by Software Media.
• Software Media accpets no registration charges, Only the charges will be for training and skill development.
• I agree to pay the training/ skill development fees of Rs. 100/- to Software Media.
• I hereby understand that above mentioned fees is for registration purpose and not refundable. I will get user ID and password for placement portal of Software Media. I understand that in portal, I will get online Job opening posted by Software Media or company associates with Software Media. I can apply for suitable position from this portal and will get tracking of my job application.
• Software Media will contact shortlisted/ selected students through mails or SMS or online this portal. In case students are not reachable due to any technical issues, Software Media will not be responsible for the same.
• Daily job posting will be done on this Online portal of Software Media. Software Media is not giving any guarantee of selection for job opening posted but will be facility provider for communicating various job openings at client organization.
• Most Important for communication: I am ready deactivate DND (Do Not Disturb) from my phones to receive SMS of staffing updates on time. To deactivate please SMS “STOP DND” to 1909.
• Staffing assistance will not be provided to the candidates those who will not undergo Software Media Evaluation processes and Documentation processes.
• Only shortlisted Students by client will be eligible to attend interviews. And Software Media or Clients reserves the rights to set final eligibility criteria and can change at any moment of time without prior intimation.
• Students need to attend the test / interview as per the schedule given by the Client / Software Media as there is no guarantee of the interview being rescheduled.
• In case Software Media schedules an interview call matching your CV / educational qualification. He / she need to respect and attend the same and this will be counted as interview call.
• It is the sole discretion of the Client to shortlist the profiles sent and Software Media is not responsible for the shortlisting done at client’s end.
• Students should be ready to relocate anywhere in India as required by the client and should be ready to work on the job profile given by the client.
• Before appearing for campus of any company, it’s student’s responsibility to check credentials and more information about the company so as to avoid any future problems like fraudulent company, not good or healthy work environment etc.
• If client or company asks to submit any original mark sheets, documents, deposite, bank guarantee, copy of Passport, etc while joining, candidate need to take decision on his own to submit the required documents and Software Media will not be involved or take any responsibility for the same.
• Students will have to bear all the expenses for travel / food etc. to attend the client interviews or staffing events conducted by Software Media or client organisation.
• All students should attend campus or placement events conducted by Software Media in Formal attire else will not be allowed to appear to for the events.
• Students who have already appeared for company in last 3-6 months are not eligible to re-apply in the same company.
• Students should not contact any client directly unless specified by client or Software Media. In case of any complaints from the client against the student, student will be face legal action from Software Media.
• Legal action will be taken if a candidate denied to pay above amount or joins the organization without intimating to Software Media within 12 months of time the date of interview.
• Students should maintain privacy of details shared at this portal and Software Media will not be responsible for linkage of data.
BLACKLISTING CRITERIA’S FOR STAFFING ASSISTANCE
• Students who do not attend the interview / test as per schedule given by Software Media / Client even after giving their confirmation.
• If student do not turn up for interviews without informing staffing team & if the candidate gets selected and rejects the offer. Or Student not going for final HR round to collect the offer letter or for negotiation of salary.
• Students who applies even if he / she do not fit into the eligibility criteria mentioned in the mail.
• Students who provide any wrong information/ fake documents/ do not follow rules as specified by Software Media
Software Media, has rights to amend / modify / change above mentioned policies and will get update at portal from time to time.
