By accessing our website or engaging Soft The Next ("we," "us," or "our") for software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific Statement of Work (SOW):

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the Client shall own the Intellectual Property rights to the custom code developed specifically for them.
• Pre-Existing Code: Any pre-existing libraries or tools used by Soft The Next remain our property, and we grant you a non-exclusive license to use them.

In no event shall Soft The Next, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
